Debuting on Norwegian Encore and replacing La Cucina, is the modern Italian restaurant, Onda by Scarpetta. Interestingly, the name “Onda” is Italian for “wave.” Not just new to the line but also its first time at sea, this popular restaurant is already a foodie favorite in New York City, London, Montauk, Miami and elsewhere. Tantalize your taste buds with pasta made fresh daily and such signature dishes as Scarpetta’s famous “Spaghetti, Tomato and Basil,” followed by a decadent Italian dessert and you’ll understand why it’s so highly lauded.
Go-Kart Race Track
Get your adrenaline-pumping as you charge to the finish line at the two-level go-kart race track — the largest at sea. Zoom around 1,100 feet of raceway in the salty breezes. Cutting-edge technology elevates adventure to a whole new level including jaw-dropping curves that extend up to 13 feet over the side of the ship. Additional fun for both racers and spectators is a covered viewing area in the center of the track where guests can provide passing go-karts with an additional turbo boost by tagging them with a laser beam.
