Ultramodern and stunning, the 154,000-ton, 4,140-guest MSC Seaside will make her debut in December 2017. Exciting features are sure to make this first ship of MSC Cruises’ revolutionary Seaside Class a crowd-pleaser for all age groups.

MSC Seaside Pool Deck

Dedicated to cruising in warm climates, such as the Caribbean, the theme of the new ship is to “bring the sea closer to guests” with the highest ratio of outdoor spaces of any other ships in the line’s fleet. Guests will also be able to enjoy more balcony staterooms, sea views and public areas for a “beach-condo” feel.

Focus will be on the outdoor spaces of accommodations, plenty of alfresco dining venues and bars, plus outdoor spa and fitness facilities showcasing state-of-the-art Kinesis Technogym equipment. Delight your senses in luxury cabanas for spa treatments.

Connecting inside and outside public areas is the waterfront promenade that wraps around the ship. Guests will enjoy strolling along and stopping in at its many chic bars, alfresco dining options and shops.

MSC Seaside’s design will boast a whopping 463,000 square feet of public space, including a spectacular double-deck atrium with glass walls for views of the ocean. The line’s “ship within a ship” concept – the MSC Yacht Club – will offer guests looking for a high-end experience, key card access, a private lounge, pool, solarium and more.

MSC Seaside Aqua ParkThrilling water highlights will abound on the MSC Seaside, including the interactive Aqua Park, with five waterslides and an interactive Slide boarding tube which combines lights, music, video games and a thrilling 367-foot water slide. Exhilarating high-speed racing slides will add to the excitement with clear loops that extend over the side of the ship, the AquaTube – an inner tube slide, and a family-friendly flume-style slide. Colorful and fun, the AquaPlay section was designed specifically for tots and also features the AquaSpray. In addition, Adventure Trail boasts a ropes course that will have cruisers ducking the spray cannons. The opportunity to experience the thrill of a zip-line awaits you onboard as well.

World-class dining will be featured on the MSC Seaside. Reflecting the line’s passion for food as a way of life, the new ship will boast will boast nine dining venues with delectable cuisines from around the world.

Making its debut is chef extraordinaire Roy Yamaguchi’s restaurant. Scrumptious creations will include gourmet pan-Asian dishes. The new eatery includes a sushi, sashimi and raw bar. Cruisers will also be able to enjoy a variety of cooking styles such as traditional Japanese, Malaysian and Thai Korean prepared on teppanyaki grills before guests. Additional eateries will be an upscale seafood restaurant with a chef’s table and a classic steakhouse.

MSC Seaside SuiteGuests on this stunning new ship will have a choice of 20 chic bars, including the gorgeous Atrium Bar.

A myriad of sumptuous accommodations will include 14 aft suites and terraced balcony cabins overlooking the promenade below and offering sea views. Some of these suites boast private outdoor hot tubs, as well. “Cluster staterooms” were designed for families and are multiple connecting cabins. Ample options provide the perfect cabin configurations for every guest.
