A unique virtual “personal assistant” – will make its debut on the MSC Bellissima as part of the line’s MSC for Me “smart ship” technology to enhance your onboard experience. The voice-activated digital assistant will use “artificial intelligence” to “learn” and then predict guests’ needs and provide related suggestions for a more personalized cruise experience. Passengers will get personalized and instant information including onboard events, entertainment selections, cruise updates and even playing your favorite music by using a simple voice command. This new perk will provide tailored information and quickly answer questions from the comfort of your stateroom. The assistant will be offered in several languages, including English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Mandarin. Features will also enable guests to easily access their staterooms, make payments, as well as geo-locate children and more with their cruise card or Smartphone.
Exceptional cuisine is a hallmark of MSC and two new dining concepts will make their debut on the ship – L’Atelier Bistrot, a French bistro with terrace seating will be situated on the Promenade, plus Market Street, an eatery serving modern street food.
